Bug Description:

Forfeited the quest because couldn't summon and now there is none​

How to reproduce/proof:

So yesterday I was leveling an character and when I got to lvl 50 I accepted the kill the giant catfishman quest. I tried to summon him a few times but none of these times worked so, as I usually do, I forfeited the quest and tried to "restart" from the beginning but when I then summoned the black spirit the quest were not able to be found there. Not sure if it was just a one time thing for me or something but this might want to be looked into. Might want to add that another guildie had the same summoning problem but not sure if it worked out for him.

Update!
I made a new character and got to the same quest, and same problem here but now I get an error saying "This monster has already been summoned", which I also got on my first character.
Seems like I wont be able to progress
Help is greatly appreciated!
