Client Issue Can't play - Got disconnected everytime

Dear Support,
I have Aion 6.2 - I can login and enter the game fine - the problem is that - whenever I tried to cast skill or go out to Lakrume - I got disconnected instantly - this happens everytime - this is why I said I can not play !
Is there something wrong with my client or what should I do ?

I already updated my client to official current version but still got disconnected every time I use summon spirit skill - Is this a bug? I can use all other skills fine without disconnection - only with Alacrity (Summon Spirit Skill) - I got instantly disconnected from the game.

Please help and let me know if this is a bug or any other sm players who might have the same problem? or what can I do with the files to fix this?

have same problem 4 times now disconnected when summoning spirit, so what? I stop for now ...hopefully is getting fixed
