Anyway to swap purchased outfits?

I bought the [Mystic] Kibelius Weapon & Outfit Awakening Set - from the webshop > special category thinking it would include the full set + the wings. When you google the title it shows it with the wings and since it was listed under special i figured the wings were included.


I was of course wrong and and it doesn't include the wings and neither does it include the main hand weapon for the skin. But under the outfits section the [Mystic] Kibelius Weapon & Outfit Awakening Set (Wings) is listed. I know i should have checked first but i figured being a limit/special category it'd be the ideal one.

Can i swap the purchased one for the set with the wings? They're both the same price.

 

Nope, I know you would much rather have an answer from a staff member in the hopes that they would take pity on you and let you swap, but unfortunately the rules are; if you buy or sell something by mistake you are going to have to learn to live with it.
Also it is not that big a deal really, you spent some Pearls and will soon have enough Pearls to buy what you actually wanted
