Client Issue Issue with Client Disconnection

I could log-in In game but get disconnected every minute? If I re-login I get disconnected again and again. And I could see other players that AFK but not getting disconnected and my friend as well, Am I the only one who has this issue? please help

Do you use any ping reducer? Restart your pc and try again to run gamez.

I really don't use any ping reducer, I tried disabling my antivirus but nothing happens, I also tried this thread http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/common-errors-fixes.190797/ and follow the steps but the problem is still there, I played last April 5,2019 and the game was perfectly running fine. I checked my control panel but I could not find any ping reducers/razer cortex installed. Plus I don't experience this problem in any other Online Games than I play except for Aion.

Yes I tried a different account but same happens as well.

 

Try to restart your router

 

I reset my IP address and it fixed the problem
