Can someone give me an installation guide? Returning player here

Hello. I'm a returning player. I was just wondering what I should do to install the game properly. I installed it a couple of months back but I was stuck at the launcher. I clicked play but the game won't load. Tried it again and again and I eventually gave up lol. I'm currently downloading the game again via uTorrent. Can anyone provide me with steps?

Also, how does the game work now? Do we still need to grind for items and stuff? It's been years since I last played the game so thanks to anyone who helps
