see, thats the problem ...
the FS for enhancing isnt that changed, its that the chance of getting succes on those FS is higher during event...
dont use lower FS hoping that event will give you free enhances ...
the bonus (idk if its 20. 25 or 30%) is NOT aditive SO if you have 10% chance to succes, with event you have like 12-13% chance ...

so idealy you still want to get to close to 25-30% chance or more BEFORE event

so in my opinion for boss armor i would go:
20 PRI
30 DUO
40 TRI
50-60 TET
and thats only during enhance event with +10 FS from Valks Cry (or the fairy dust from releasing)
and in my case i dont enhance without premium too but thats me ...

ofc the FS i use can be totaly diferent than others use, but in general, you dont want to budget yourself on low FS cause that will not get you anywhere as you have shown

 

I got 2 pen crescent and a pen laytenn I disagree

 

I lost 150 crescent rings with 0 tets during the event with premium on. Use this info how you will.

 

if you think you're unlucky you should try to PEN manos!

tbh you just got lucky because that suit is a nightmare.
