About the Enhancement(FS)

    the Premium stated that
    • Enhancement (FS) chance rates increased by 30%
    is that mean
    " if the enhancement bonus is enabled, you can increase 30% for fail rate?"
    of
    "if the enhancement bonus is enabled, you can increase 30% for success rate?"

    so sorry for asking a silly question, I just confused.

    It means (my number here is just an example to show what I mean) if the rate was 10%, then it would become 13% not 40%. It's an additional percentage of the base rate added, not completely to it.
