Can't launch the game

Hello everyone,

Since today it is impossible for me to launch the game, everytime i try the game crash while selecting a character.
I tried to desactivated the firewall, didn't work.
I tried restart my launcher & computer, didn't work.

Now i tried to force check files from the launcher, but here i am (see picture) the update is stuck at 0% and the yellow bar didn't moove since a while. If i check my ressource monitor GameZ is at 0 so it took no connexion, the game just don't want to update patch files.

Any idea ? knowing that my connexion is pretty slow and re-install the game is not really an option for me

how is that one working? and what for?

 

these are runtimes for the game. the program download all runtimes you need... like;
