Launcher doesnt launch

Hello i have some problem my game crash and actually my launcher doesnt launch i reboot my pc 3 Times and i desactivate my anti virus and my firewall this not working help me please

Set as an Exception in firewall, run as Admin. the most common problem, I do not know specifically what that error report is stating, but I have made the same most common mistakes many times without even realizing until I went through the list one item at a time.

I am not an actual staffmember of GamezBD, but I try to help out whenever I think I can, so I hope someone else can take over here and give you the help you need in order to play again

 

My Problem is my internet Service Provider have a problem with the DNS
