Account or player report inquiry

I recently reported a player and asked him to be banned. I posted on the report section, but there was no feedback if there were any actions taken.
How can we check if that players has been banned or not?
I would really appreciate your answer. Thank you!

 

Yeah unfortuantely after you have made a Player Report there is no way to see your own message or edit it in case you wanted to add a video or some screenshots. Also it is Entirely up to the staffmember in charge whether it is going to be acted upon or ignored as well as no information being passed on to you about the decision.

I know it is puzzling, but I think they have had experiences with such information being abused, so in order to avoid any and all Player Reporting abuse they made this setup the way it is now.

Thanks loboram, it seems my report was ignored, I just saw the player log in.

 

After submitting the report you have no access to it anymore. The report was not ignored, it was simply rejected.
You will need to contact one of BDO staff members if you want to know why the report was rejected, or if it was accepted.
