Life Skill - Hunting - mounting horse with hunting rifle equipped​

Bug Description:

mounting a horse with a hunting rifle equipped no longer allows for shooting while on horseback.​

How to reproduce/proof:

mouse a horse that has saddle/stirrups/etc equipped with a hunting rifle equipped on player. once mounted, the hunting rifle is not available any longer. testing with different hunting rifles/hunting skill levels and horses has had no effect.​
