Ban Appeal

I just got banned because someone reported me for scamming when I never. he offered to pay me pearls in order for me to post my pri bhegs glvoes for sale, I accepted the pearls and I placed the bhegs gloves for sale on the market place, you can check my account or my market place history. the guy who I was selling to put in a pre order for them but the gloves did not go to pre order. they went onto the market 15 minutes later instead. He attempted to buy them when they appeared on the market place but someone else obviously had the RNG in their favour because they someone else bought them in the bidding stage. this guy got angry and blamed me saying that they should have gone to pre order when I have no control over that. the guy then said he wants his pearls back. That was not the deal, the deal was I would post the item for sale for 1400 pearls. I spoke to kolka who said maybe I should just refund him the pearls and when I went back to message the guy to say yes ill refund him the pearls I saw that he messaged me and said that he has reported me for scamming and that he is quitting the game. so he has now quit the game and ive been banned for a scam I didn't even commit. can you please do something about this? if you want you can remove the pearls from my account t and put them onto his, I dont care. please lift my ban though, I have invested to much money into this account for it to be banned over something this stupid and for someone who isn't even playing the game anymore.
