game keep shutdown

the game keeps shutting down every single time after selecting a character or before

my graphics card are up to date

game version is up to date

 

same problem. tried re-downloading still doesnt work. only fix i got is i used vpn, however cant do work since internet became slower

 

fixed the problem by myself like always

whoever has this make a new user account in windows and try playing there I got zero lag and never crash cheers

 

Your character could be stuck. One fix is to log onto gamezbd.net and go to characters, then choose rescue. If the character is hard stuck, a server restart usually fixes it.

 

Ah thank god for that lol, I was starting to get annoyed that I couldn't login to my Dark Knight, and that the game kept non-stop closing. I noticed it closes sometimes after I select a character and it goes to the loading screen. However I am not sure if its because of the same problem or not. Doesn't happen too often, but just something I noticed as well. Thanks Lareldal, never thought about the website, but now I know what to do in the future. ^-^ Though out of curiosity, how does a character get stuck like that?
EDIT: Well it didn't work sadly, so my Dark Knight might be in hard lock then.
