    Bug Name:
    Manos Marghini Max mount speed not applying.​
    Bug Description:
    The item is not working as intended, the speed is not taking effect when riding a horse.​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    Equip the item and ride a horse.​

    Just tested on retail, this item not give directly to speed, but to MAX stat, so mean have some cap and with this item this cap is increasred.
