stuck in start screen

Im stuck in this screen and i dont know what to do to fix it. I've already forced check but nothing changed. I've done the 11 item from the Common Errors and Solutions post but no changes. The screenshot it's in the spoiler section.

Hello, im having the same issue, just downloaded the game.... same black screen.

could anyone help us

 

Go to documents, black desert folder, then game options block, change windowed from 2 to 1 or 0

 

How long are you waiting on that screen normally?
I get hung up on that screen for a minute or so before it moves to the main menu, depending on your computer or internet speed it might vary. You might have to wait a little longer

 

Yeah for older PC's you can easily end up waiting for about 2+ minutes on a black screen, but eventually it will load the start screen and hopefully you will get to play the game.

If you have already figured it out, then please add a "solved" to the title.

 

Can you hear any sound? If so, try updating your graphics card drivers.
