    Will upload a new video, what im trying to say its when i post a item enchant i dont got notification, as u can see green hat got notification but pen dont.

    Now see, so its intended. When item come to market is new - u got notifiy, if market already have item - u not recieve notification, its appear only when item gone and new item of this id and enchant appear again.
