    Set gamezbd launcher folder as an exemption in your antivirus, firewall, and windows defender. If that does not work, install this: https://www.computerbase.de/downloads/systemtools/all-in-one-runtimes/ . Make sure to reboot your computer immediately after installation, and do not try to run the game without the reboot, as it can cause it to not work and need to be repeated.
