    I'm level 60, this quest, Insatiable Seed by Power # 2, starts when it picks up with the black spirit, I got it and he tells me to talk to NPC Kona in Altinova to complete a quest called "Emperor of the Arena" for me no quest with Kona appears, I already canceled and accepted again several times but it did not work. Can you sort or complete the quest on my character without me doing it? Because I can not proceed to the next steps without this quest
