Server changed?

Hi all,

i'm back after an year. I'm from EU and i'm pretty sure that i've done all my chars in EU server...but now they are all in NA server...
Now...i know i'm an idiot, but there's not a single reason for me to create chars in NA server while i'm in EU... it's possible that for some reason they got ported to the other server?
I'm just asking. I really think is nearly impossible, but i have to ask...
