Please Help! Bought cash on UltraDonate Never got it

Hey so i bought cash today for bdo with my phone on ultradonate once for 20 euro and a second time for 4 euro. I got the sms and i paid for it. It is now almost 24 hours later and i still havent got anything there was no confirmation email nor do i see anything on the UltraDonate website but the money is gone... what can i do? should i wait or something? I already messaged their support but i dont know how long it takes for them to answer.
