Why my account was Banned ? i did not do anything

im playing my account and my Friend used it so i got Disconnected then i get Ban can you fix This please ?
i cant see any problem in my account and the notice told me go to site and check but when i go to Gamezaion Site my Ban System was clear

PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP i did not do anything STUPID ingame im just playing and my FRIEND make fun of me so he Logged it in in another PC then i try to logged it in again this happens

 

your friend better exist :3
You gotta prove to carl or whoever owns the aion server that your friend indeed logged onto the account.
