Cannot create party or join party because of system said I am summoning boss but I am not

    Bug Name:
    Cannot create party or join party because of system said I am summoning boss but I am not​
    Bug Description:
    1. cannot create a party
    2. cannot join a party
    3. cannot summon a boss with the boss scroll    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:
    After I helped my friend to kill the main story boss and I found that I can't summon boss with the scrolls, create a party or join the party. The system keeps prompt that I am in summoning boss status.​
