Why is the design npc in premium is missing? It is possible it will return?

    Why the design npc in premium is missing? It is imposible it will return??? I need the designs black dragons....

    its "Primum" not "premium" and the ballic design NPCs have to be spawned manually, meaning everytime teh server crashes and is restarted the NPCs dont spawn when the server boots up, a GM or Admin has to do that themselves

    If they aren't spawned i will ask a admin to spawn them.
    For xxxbeast they where automatic spawned.
    Even after crash.

    I know hahah, from what I hear the permanent spawns I set up only stopped working a week or so ago.
