We recently went through a banning phase for people that were supposedly doing a caphras "exploit". Roughly 20 people were accused and supposedly handled for this.
So what do they do after that?

Let's add a legal version of Caphra duping but profit from it. Seriously?
1 Artisan = 10 caphra stones

At this point, why even ban those people if you are just going to add it as a feature anyway? Because that is 20 people that won't hand over cash?
"Just afk. You don't need to pay." True. However, there will still be people that will swipe away rather than wait.

A pitiful cash grab right after punishing people for doing basically the same thing. "Printing" caphras.

 

Pretty much sums it up.
Now we'll see the player-base plummet
