Missing shipped goods

    Hello: Due to the changes in your game about not being able to ship trade goods I shut down my crate making business. As a result I shipped all my plywood back to my home city of Velia from the port of Epheria. Only part of that shipment arrived. I would say that I only got about an eighth of what I shipped. I checked for the rest of the shipment and there is nothing more in the transportation system. I am on the NA servers where this has happened last night 07/30/2019 at about 8PM MST. Would you please look into this problem and give me back my goods? Thanks.
