and yet, there's this guy that claims he has been getting 1 every 3 hours, and made a PEN Blackstar weapon and still had 41 to spare during the time of the patch going live, and now. The amount of time doesnt add up.

There's a chance he may be lying of course, and exploiting - This may be worth looking into.

i dont see anything wrong here tbh.

 

It's unlikely that he dropped that many Masses of Pure Magic. What's more likely is that he continuously manufactured them from Remnants of the Rift, which could be obtained plenty even in the first few hours

 

i do get 1 drop per hour of mass pure magic(sometimes 2, never got 3 tho) in stars end at lvl 7 node with loot drop scroll(i grind in arsha most of the time) and the remnants was pretty cheap before, its like 200m each and u could easily snipe 3-5 a day if u keep trying. so i think this is reasonable, but thats jst my opinion.
