Bought Something in WebShop

I bought these but they disappeared when I selected them. See screenshot.



I also accidentally bought two ultimate cloud war leggings could you remove one and refund my account. user name: bowblaze

 

If this is a bug, Noyah will investigate about this matter.

Staffs doesn't refund/remove items bought in web shop. You must be extra cautious in buying items in the web shop.

 

And again nothing in the mail when i bought something in Webshop

also not even what i bought.

 

I'm thinking that there might be wrong with your character. Do you have another character(s)? Try to check it (them). If you have changed your in-game name, then it's hard for you to get the items from the webshop. If not, take a screenshot with a timestamp (/time command), buy another piece of cheap item in the webshop and take another screenshot (if it fails), then send it through a private message to Noyah.

 

That makes no logical sense whatsoever. Is Dartanian your character name? I will check if you actually received and picked the items.

 

Did you find anything @Noyah. Because i did not receive the items listed.

 

You purchased the item once and received it immediately. The reason you have more than one message in your mailbox is because of a bug that needs to be fixed as soon as possible, but that doesn't mean you've used credits twice.

 

But i never received the items i purchased...

 

I will ask you one last time, did you receive the items the first time you purchased them? I am not talking about the other mail you received, which is indeed empty.

 

No I did not @Noyah. I opened the mail and nothing was transferred to my inventory...
