Error, cant download game. please help

Hi All,

I need some help trying to download/ login to the game. Here's the error, please help!
I'm not sure what I did wrong, I download from the website. Thank you!

 

Here's the issues, but still cant get it game to start, anyone had this issue on their end?

The message means the game process tried to load this file, that is the reason it is being checked. So, I rebooted my PC and downloaded the game again, same issue!
I troubleshoot the above suggestion and still, game doesn't want to load.

Does anyone know what the error box that says "OK" means?
It doesn't even have an error massage for me to try to fix.... Help! Thanks!

 

Guys, do I need Windows 10 in order to play BDO on a private server? I'm surprised no one else has this issue!!

I did what was suggested and still couldn't get the game to work. So, I decided to upgrade to windows 10 and now the game is working.
I just wanted to share this update with everyone in case their running into the same issue. Thanks, cya in-game..
