    They were added to the permanent spawn table by me weeks ago, someone has just been breaking it constantly this week xD

    Balic craft NPC's are gone, need to be respawned, if any Gm with rights to spawn 'em read this would be great ^^, thanks

    Now that I'm back I've fixed the spawns for the balics, they should persist through restarts and not require respawning again.
