Creator's name on PEN gear not being displayed​

Bug Description:

Usually, the creator's name will be shown on the PEN item, but if you log out or swap character, you will no longer be able to see the name on it.
normally, it should be shown like this

How to reproduce/proof:

Get a PEN item, you should be able to see the name on it, relog or swap character then swap back, you will not be able to see the name on it.

I cant reportduce it, maybe need do something more to make it lose name? like transport or some another?

 

try to give it to another character, then relog or relaunch the game or something, then you will lose it.
it happens to me every time, even now, I don't have the name on it, but if I give it to another character, it appears again, but if I relog or reconnect or something, it will disappear

I found how it happen, u not see names if item equipped when u enter game. On next restart it be fixed. Thanks.
