Account rolled back?

    Dear support,

    Yesterday, me and my pact inserted a full load of mana stones into our gear (all of our pieces) and today, when I got up and logged into the game, it was all rolled back. The items used were gone, the slots were locked again and the mana stones were gone too. I'm deeply saddened because it feels like all my effort is lost. I was wondering if you could please look into this situation. I used a lot of manastones as well as unlock stones to unlock the sockets to realize today they were all rolled back and reset. My credits are the same as they were when I logged off, all items are lost etc. my character just rolled back for no apparent reason.

    I hope you'll be able to help me, the issue is related to Aion. Thank you!

    Hey, as far as I am concerned. There is this bug that happens that when you enchant something in your gear, if you relog "without equipping" it beforehand, you will lose all the stats, manastones, retuning stats.

    You mean re-equipping? Because I lost them and I had my gear equipped nonetheless.

    If you enchanted them while using the items, you need to re-equip it to let the database save the data (enchants, manastones, retunes, etc) on the items you have.
