Think i got hacked

My character got kicked when i was grinding. So i tried to enter on gamez website, and waren't my password, then i tried to recover using my e-mail, and, gues what?! e-mail not found... I am fighting with the hacker to get online, he log in and drops me, then i log and drop him... Need help, i spended a lot of money in this game to lose my account just like that.

 

why would a hacker be using your acct
If you have internet at home maybe you need to make sure your Access Point is secured proper.
If that's not the case you are using name password that someone else knows or you gave to. Any time my security was compromised it was from the server side or bank sight but never from my PC.
If your using cracked software or Malware software best to wipe your machine and stay legit.

Oh and another things may be gameguard might detect something and bump you off after being online shortly. The email thing do you have a email from acct creation to verify yet? This way you know you didn't misspell it on creation.
