Lv50 Quest Failed to Activate​

Bug Description:

When i was prompted by the black spirit for the Lv50 Quest after accepting it, It never appeared no navagation to the quest area the only option for the quest was Forfiet. Now after Forfieting the Quest I have a Clear memory piece in my Invetory that says i can use this Item to Activate the Lv50 Quest, but when i do so It tells me I dont meet the Requirements even though Ive been stuck at Lv49 -99.999% for Hours trying various ways to get the quest to work.​

Just cancel quest and delete quest item and take again from black spirit
