Quest bug

Bug Name:

Sandstorm sub-weapon quest bug (Solved, check reply below).​

Bug Description:

I cannot find the npc to complete the quest "sunddenly?", the guide line does show where to turn in the quest.​

Update:
After did some digging on google, I found a guide on korean (that wasn't easy) of how to do find this stupid npc "다시 목적지를 따라 이동하면 키슬리브 하피라는 몬스터 5마리를 잡게되는데 이후 샤카투의 별채로 이동하면 아투이 발락스를 만날 수 있다" or "If you move along the destination again, you will catch 5 monsters called Keyslee Happi. After that, you can meet Atoi Ballax by moving to Shakatu's Villa."

Hope anyone who has trouble with this quest line can refer to the korean link above, this has to be Valencia II version 2.
