Transport workers on strike!!​

Bug Description:

I've noticed for a little while now (a couple of weeks I think). That anytime I try and use the transportation system within the game, I select "Send" then select "Destination". But from the drop-down of a mode of transportation, it always tells me "There is no transport method." This is in every city. Playing on NA Ch 3 if that makes any difference.​

How to reproduce/proof:

...go to the map, select city, select transport, select destination, then try and select a method of transportation​

 

Hello, my name is Zildijian, and I am in idiot. Apparently, if you send something somewhere, and don't actually receive it. You can't send anything else to that city.
