Launcher Issues

    I've tried everything that i can to download the game, however every time i click on GamezBDO.exe this pops up without even opening anything, https://gyazo.com/08c136abd04c85d84012b0873247c16b and nothing happens even if i try to run as administrator. Please help me because i really wanna play this game again :'(

    I also have the same problem 2 weeks ago, today I deleted the entire folder from the game and downloaded everything again ... and I have no solution.
    Try to disable the antivirus and Windows defender, try to activate them and nothing else.
    It happens to me when trying to start the game itself.

    Will anyone give a solution to this problem?

    Install DirectX and jump that problem, now the problem is this one....

    Already tried going to Settings-->Install Visual c++ and then force checking in the Launcher?
