Cannot Finish Unstoppable Thirst for Power #1

Any GM or Admin able to help?
I cannot finish Unstoppable Thirst for Power #1 due to not able to regain or extract the Fierce Fighting Spirit Stone,
Also there is no way to retake the Growing Thirst lvl 53 Quest.. as it is completed.
Can A Gm or Developer resolve this? I have x2 characters both have half the #1 completed (Awakening Skill Completed) but won't allow me to finish in any form..
Seems once this is completed there is no other way to acquire the Stone/s. This also effect all my characters across my account that i can't complete from any alt character.

I have not got a resolve to this issue either. I have tried everything and still this quest will NOT auto complete... I have been through my quests over and over but no resolve.
At this point I cannot move forward in game. This effects all my characters and NO another Charc cannot complete the line...
I will not use telegram either. I don't give out my phone for any reason.
