Black Screen

    So i just installed black desert from the GamezBDO launcher and it only gets a black screen.
    I have no idea of what's wrong and would really need some help as me and my friends are pretty eager to play on the private server.
    i don't know what else to post so it would really help if you guys told me what to post so i can get it up and running as soon as possible
