Story mission: "The message from Bobby Lauren" [Can't continue main questline]​

Bug Description:

There is a quest in the 2nd questline in Serendia called "The message from Bobby Lauren". The objective is that I have to steal a letter from an NPC but it doesn't give me the quest item.

How to reproduce/proof:

Just do the 2nd questline till this quest and the issue will show up. Basicly you cannot get the quest item from the npc.​

 

why the fuck does a main quest line have rng, we have two tries and then have to wait 40 min to try again this doesnt make sense., can we get a fix please?

 

First of all, calm down, the abusive language will certainly NOT help you in getting a reply that will help you out. The amount of "steals" you can do is entirely limited to how much Energy you have, there are a bunch of New Player Guides in our forum/guides section, otherwise there are tons of them other places to learn about this game and "how to". Good "luck" to you out there, hope you find the item you need eventually.

Oh, one last thing, if you think that having to RNG for stealing is bad, just wait until you have to Enhance items, if you get aggro over something as light as stealing a few times, then you might quit after the first destroyed accessory enhancement, just a heads-up of what's to come.
