unable to access residence

i have two residences, one in heidel and one in olvia. the one in heidel works fine, but i cant enter my house in olvia. i tried selling and rebuying, i tried buying other residences in olvia, restarted the game, but i still cant access it :c

 

Same here, most of the times that i teleport to Heidel where i have main residence can't enter too, door remains closed,no way to enter.
Tried reloging or escape, stills the same, door remains closed, then i shut down game and start, it works, don't know about other residences.
