Main Quest Issue

    Hello, I have an issue with the main quest of my main character. The quest where I assemble the scroll to fight the awakened black spirit is screwed. I think I may have deleted one of the items and I am unable to go back and re-acquire this item. Is it possible to give me the item, as I already completed the relevant quest? If not, can you reset her black spirit quest chain?
