Which ring is better,tungrad or eye of ruins?

and the same question goes for tungrad belt and valtarra belt?

If you are not needed max hp boost, Tungrad ring seems to be better.

Tungrad accessories just give you Black Spirit rage, not rage recovery. That means if you have all the Tungrad items, you'll get up to 180% Black Spirit rage (20% of 2 rings + 20% of 2 earings + 20% of belt + 20% of necklace).

It's good for Guild War because you don't need 2 people to transfer their rage to you to reach 200% to perform the skill that needs this amount of rage, otherwise, it's quite a bit useless.

 

A lot of things you have to ask yourself about it as well. Do you want your gear build to be more AP focused or tanky? Evasion or DR? If you're planning evasion and/or more AP focused Tungrads will definitely be better most likely, if you want to be more tanky and more damage reduction focused Eye of the Ruins are perfectly fine. Also Evasion is better for PVP and works better with Evasion focused classes (i.e. Ninja, Lahn, Kuno, etc.), so if you don't grind on Arsha or aren't in a PVP guild along with not having an Evasion focused class it doesn't matter that much. But ultimately, choose what you like and have fun!
