Tranan Cannon is not working (Bartali Adevnture Quest Book 8)

As the title says, tranan cannon is not working. No matter what i do the Cannon ball is not coming out of the canon making me unable to complete the book 8.
How do i fix this? is there any work arounds?

 

Did you buy the cannon balls and install into cannon as well? I've done it without problem. Feel free to recheck again at https://grumpygreen.cricket/bdo-bartali-adventure-log/#cannon I follow this exact guide and got my cannon part completed.

Please do not get mad if I got your message wrong. I was scolded by someone earlier just because I didn't understand his vague question and he uploaded a misleading screenshot.

 

I did yes and i followed the same instruction on the same link. The problem is that when i fire the cannon theres no cannonball coming out of it, when it fires its just smoke that comes out, and now i cant seem to get another cannon and cannon balls from tranan underfoe.

what do i do to get another one? because when i talk to tranan underfoe he does not have the cannon and cannon balls anymore.

Oh then its true that I did not see the cannonball coming out too. I heard the sound and saw the smoke, and I was aiming at just the same angle shown in and I got success on the first attempt after shooting. If I remember correctly, you can still check how many cannonball left at the cannon.
Make sure you do not in party as well.
I do not know solution of not getting the cannonball refill though (wonder if it will reset daily).

 

I'll try again tomorrow to see if its fixed.

Hello any success ? my wife have same problem as is described here.

 

Kolka mentioned in Telegram that it is currently bugged. Will fixed on next maintenance.
