Harcore FPS drops

Hello, i would like some tips on these amazing FPS drops i've been having.
i tried today to grind star's end and i almost died few times due fps drops, my graphics on game was simply lowest it can be

Unfortunately this game demands a lot from your computer, both CPU and graphics, also if your connection is slow it will affect the game performance. I can only suggest getting the lastest graphics drivers, try to minimize how many other programs are running at the same time, and if none of that helps...upgrade memory-graphics-cpu, basically (like me) save up some money and buy a new computer in parts. It is a lot cheaper to build your own computer than to buy an entirely store bought one...Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
