failed to init security black desert

Hi there, i just downloaded the launcher for the first time and installed the game, but when i try to log in i can't and a message pop up saying: failed to init security black desert.

1. Failed to init security

• Open launcher settings, click on "Install Visual C++" and wait for the installation to complete.
  
• Set exceptions for Black Desert Online folder in your antivirus, firewall and windows defender.
• Create a copy of official BDO folder, rename the folder to GamezBDO and point gamezbd launcher to that. Rename version.dat to config.filecheck - it forces complete file check for corruption and requires the files that are corrupted.

 

When installing visual c++, make sure to immediately restart your pc. Don't try to run the game until after you have restarted.
