This has been an issue randomly since I started playing 2 days ago. The game randomly just decides it doesn't like where I am at in the world and starts to crash to desktop immediately. Every single time I load into the game. I've reinstalled twice, i've file checked multiple times, deleted the cache multiple times, I've updated every driver I can think of and still can't find a fix for this.

Anyone have any suggestions? Just donated for premium and would rather not spend the time I have starting out trying to fix errors rather than playing.

Have you tried different settings in-game? Might be a problem with your computer calling for program-input-power that your motherboard or Power-Unit is not setup for handling. Perhaps if you lower in-game graphics settings, as well as disable ALL the internal game "optimizers" (that do not really work at all), such as the frame-per-second limiter and those, the only option in there that I know works is the Low-Power-mode which has to be switched off in order for your PC to draw out full potential.
What you CAN do is get a "Overdrive"-program for your graphics-card...I got the AMD-Overdrive program and just running it in the background is funny enough sufficient to keep my PC and all games running smoothly, eventhough I have NOT set any of the options within the program. Seems very much as if just by putting a "microscope" on my power supply, CPU and GPU usage has stopped my PC form crashing to Blue-Screen-Of-Death as well as stopped various crashes to Desktop issues.
Hopefully this might be of use to you, not sure what the Nvidia-version of this program is called, but I know it exists.
