Reward window

Hello,
Today I logged on Gamez after not playing for a long time and when I got onto my musa I had a window with rewards in it.
There were like 10 boxes, a tier 7 horse or a ticket celebrating 10 million players. The problem is that I didnt accept the rewards right away because I wanted to take it on another character but I can't open the window after closing it once.
Does anyone know if it was bugged or how to open it?

 

Either it is in the "Y" menu, or a simple relog might do it
