Both of them work and they don't share CD. Requested to spawn the NPC which sells the "green" one at the beginning of 6.2 or even to add on webshop...https://aioncodex.com/us/item/161000004/ should try those NPC but they know&knew how.

also from abyss consumble reward npc vendor , but it's gone now or removed ?

Yup, should just give a look at those NPC and check the one which works (or can add to webhop)...dw, they know what to do. The important thing is just to ask, it's their choice to accept and give or refuse.

that item just one of my "favorites consumables" ,
so i don't rely on cleric's HoR.

Hello, i have checked all the npcs that can dropped Reviving Elemental Stones, but some of them were removed and cannot be attacked.
