Problem with Launcher

So I opened the launcher, logged in, and clicked "Start". After clicking "Start", the farthest I've gotten is the SmartGuard screen where it prompts "loading game.." and then takes me back to the launcher. I'm monitoring the program through task manager and see that GamezBDO still runs after clicking "Start" alongside BlackDeser64.exe (idk if this is the problem, just wanted to add that in there).

 

Same problem with me. Log in the Launcher and click START after that for a short period of time I can see the game starting in the task manager, but after that I get back to the Launcher. If someone has any suggestions please let us know. Thank you!
