Character Missing

    So I got this problem around a 1 week ago, it was after the update. When I do log in my character list is empty I just close and relogin but nothing.

    I never got banned
    I check my server, and nothing (NA). Yes I tried to reinstall the game, same issue.

    You may be checking the wrong server. Make sure you are on NA, not EU.

    Yeah, I've checked and I post a print with my characters from site. My Musah and other has gone, unicorn... How my Unicorn has gone too? U know, can u see a log file please?
